Meet Jonathon!On Saturday February 19 I will be at another of my favorite independent bookstores in Florida in beautiful Sarasota on the west coast. Circle Books, right downtown on St. Armands Circle, has been a mainstay of that art-loving community for many years and was one of the first stores to carry the Max Freeman series. I'll be there at 1 p.m. signing first editions of Midnight Guardians, the most recent Max novel, and anything else you might want to bring in for signing. On Monday, February 21, I'll be down in the Keys at yet another independent store. Keys readers love Florida-based tales and visiting that part of the state is always a personal treat. Hooked on Books is at the 81.9 mile marker on the Overseas Highway in Islamorada and I'll be signing Midnight Guardians and adding it to the store's impressive wall of Florida writers. On the weekend of March 3-6 I will of course be at Sleuthfest 2011 in Deerfield Beach only five minutes from my home. Sleuthfest is Florida's premier mystery conference and is put on by the Florida chapter of Mystery Writer's of America. I'll be speaking on a couple of panels on Saturday and signing books all weekend. One of my favorite writers, Dennis Lehane, will be with us so don't miss.  |
